Cancellation Policy

This policy outlines how cancellations are processed, fees refunded, and obligations for students.

General Rules

  • Cancellations must be done in writing and forwarded to the Academic Registrar.
  • Registration fees are non-refundable.
  • Fees for accessories are refundable if they have not been ordered and/or issued.

Cancellation Before Training

  • Cancellation before training commences: Registration fee is non-refundable, but school fees paid in advance will be refunded.

Cancellation After Training Commences

  • If a student cancels after attending lectures, current and past month fees become immediately due and payable.
  • The remainder of tuition fees paid in advance will be refunded.

Training Cancellation Due to Low Enrollment

  • Training can be cancelled if fewer than five (5) applicants enrol for the course.
